Vote for the best classical recordings of 2014

You could win a Yamaha hi-fi system worth over £700!

VOTING HAS NOW OPENED for the 2015 BBC Music Magazine Awards. During 2014, we reviewed over 1,200 new recordings, over 200 of which were awarded the ultimate five-star status. Now we’re on the hunt for the very best of the best – and this is where you come in.

Over the next few pages you’ll be able to hear extracts from the 21 recordings nominated by our jury of critics. We would like you to select your favourite disc in each of the seven categories – whoever wins is entirely up to you, so get voting!

First prize worth £700

You have until 28 February to make your choices, and everyone who votes will be entered into a draw to win a fabulous Yamaha hi-fi system* worth over £700 or a runner-up prize of a Yamaha Relit Bluetooth speaker, plus all the nominated discs.

Please note that multiple votes per person will not be counted and, although anyone can vote, only UK residents will be entered into our prize draw.

* hi-fi system includes Yamaha A-S301 amplifier, CD-N301 networkable CD player and two NS-BP300 speakers
