Concert by Kungsbacka Piano Trio
Concert by Kungsbacka Piano Trio
Formed in 1997, the Trio has gained an enviable reputation as one of the most outstanding ensembles of its generation. All three are very busy as separate musicians. Malin Broman (violin) is leader of the Swedish Radio Orchestra and the cellist Jesper Svedberg is leader of the cello section. The pianist Simon Crawford-Phillips is a busy concert pianist and has a Piano Duo with Phillip Moore. The Duo played with the Hallé in February 2012. On 3rd March (the day after this concert) they give a recital at the Wigmore Hall. We are so fortunate and delighted that this will be their fourth appearance in Holmes Chapel.
This concert is one of the 41st Season of professional classical music performances arranged by Holmes Chapel Music Society in South Cheshire, England. The concerts regularly attract audiences of up to 300. The atmosphere is friendly and informal. We go out of our way to welcome new members.
