On air and screen
Don’t miss the chance to hear a portrait of Vaughan Williams in the Sunday Feature (21 June). Presenter Stephen Johnson embarks on a journey across England to visit the places where the ever-popular composer lived and worked, and to talk to the people who knew him, including his assistant Roy Douglas, his student Arthur Butterworth and his friend Simona Packenham. Produced last year to celebrate Vaughan Williams’s 50th anniversary, make sure to tune in to this repeat broadcast.
