Glyndebourne’s final live cinema screening takes place this Sunday 10 August and it’s Tom Cairns’s elegant production of Verdi’s La traviata starring Venera Gimadieva as Violetta Valéry and Michael Fabiano as Alfredo Germont (both pictured above), and conducted by Mark Elder.

Glyndebourne’s production of La traviata continues at Glyndebourne Festival from 8 to 23 August. It will be screened live in cinemas across the UK on Sunday 10 August at 5.30pm.
