Update on BBC Music Magazine Awards 2020

The winners of this year's BBC Music Magazine Awards will be announced on Monday 11 May

In light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and UK lockdown, the BBC Music Magazine Awards will no longer be taking place on Tuesday 28 April 2020.

Instead, the winners will be announced online at 9am on Monday 11 May. The June issue of BBC Music Magazine, which will feature all our 2020 winners, will go on sale on Thursday 14 May.

Freya Parr is BBC Music Magazine's digital editor and staff writer, editing and writing on all styles of music across both the website and print magazine.
