Itzhak Perlman and Pinchas Zukerman

During a 1976 European tour, Itzhak Perlman (violin) and Pinchas Zukerman (viola) performed duos together for audiences throughout the continent. They travelled from concert hall to concert hall with a programme of works by Wieniawski, Spohr and Handel, among others. This archive documentaryon Sky Arts 2 includes informal clips from rehearsals and backstage, as well as concert footage. A fine exploration of two of the greatest musicians of our time and a glimpse at the relationship between the two brilliant string players.
