Enjoy a frivolous evening of Mozartian madness in the comic opera, The Marriage of Figaro, live from the Royal Opera House. The plot centres around the Count Almaviva as he takes an interest in his manservant's future wife, Susanna. A series of mistaken identity and a plot to embarrass the Count results in comedy and confusion, and a happy ending all round. This production boasts a star-studded cast, including baritone Ildebrando D'Arcangelo as Figaro, baritone Lucas Meachem as Count Almaviva and soprano Aleksandra Kurzak as Susanna. Sir Antonio Pappano conducts the Orchestra and Chorus of the Royal Opera.
