In a live, open-air concert, leading tenor Placido Domingo performs in the Loreley Theatre in Germany, performing highlights from his expansive repertoire.

Since his operatic debut in a 1959 production of Verdi’s Rigoletto, Domingo has performed over 140 different roles on stage, singing all over the world. He has also  taken on various conducting and directing roles.

The first half of the concert is dedicated to arias from famous operas, including La Traviata and Die Meistersinger, by  Wagner and Verdi, with other performances of works by Catalani and Lehár.

Audiences can also expect appearances from two of the biggest soprano voices in the business: Angel Blue and Micaëla Oeste.
