Matt Baird

Matt Baird is the managing editor of BBC Countryfile Magazine, where he writes about the UK’s music festival scene. He lives in Bristol with his vast stash of Neil Young records, but his (slightly more) contemporary loves include the Replacements, early REM, the Cure and the alt-rock scene of 1994, the year of his maiden Glastonbury and first gig (Grant Lee Buffalo at Bristol’s Victoria Rooms).
