Schwertsik

Post-modern and ironic, Schwertsik’s music seems to take place in a parallel universe where everything appears familiar, but isn’t quite right. What could almost be Johann Strauss suddenly isn’t; Hammer horror meets Tchaikovsky; and George Martin is refocused through a distorting lens. Maddening but compelling. Martin Cotton
