Virtuoso Competition Full Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is Our Media Limited (company number 05715415) a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered address is at Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members. In addition, the winner must have a UK address and the lead booker on any redemption must be aged 18 or over.
The promotion opens at 00:01 on 1 August 2026 and the closing date for entries is 11:59 on 12 September 2026.
By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
a. to be bound by these terms and conditions;
b. that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and
c. that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
Entrants should enter by correctly answering the multiple-choice question in the social post and supplying their name and email address. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
Entrants must supply to the Promoter their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants' personal details in accordance with the Our Media Privacy Policy (https://policies.ourmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/). If entrants choose to opt in to receive marketing from the prize supplier, the data collected for that purpose will be name and email address only. The prize supplier's privacy policy is available at https://www.Virtuoso.com/Privacy-Policy. These details are being collected and used by the Promoter, not by Facebook or Instagram.
Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
There is one prize:
- a £1,000 Virtuoso travel voucher. The voucher is redeemable only through a Virtuoso trusted travel advisor and may be used towards flights, hotels, holiday packages and cruises.
Prize restrictions and delivery details:
a) the voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and must be redeemed before expiry. For the purposes of these terms, “redeemed” means that the winner must make the qualifying booking through a Virtuoso trusted travel advisor before the expiry date. Unless otherwise stated by the relevant travel provider at the time of booking, the travel itself does not need to be completed before the voucher expiry date;
b) there is no minimum spend;
c) there are no blackout dates;
d) the voucher is for one use only;
e) if the total booking value is less than £1,000, any unused balance will be forfeited;
f) if the total booking value is more than £1,000, the winner must pay the difference and will be told the additional amount by the travel advisor before the booking is confirmed;
g) the voucher is non-transferable, may not be sold, gifted or otherwise transferred, will be issued in the winner's name, and may only be redeemed by the named winner;
h) the winner must reside in the UK and have a UK address;
i) the lead booker must be aged 18 or over;
j) no special destination or provider restrictions apply to minors, but any minors travelling will be subject to the booking requirements, supplier terms and carrier or provider rules applicable to the chosen travel arrangements;
k) there is no cash alternative and no partial redemption right beyond applying the voucher once towards a single booking;
l) the prize will be delivered digitally;
m) all booking terms, travel supplier terms, and cancellation policies relating to the chosen travel arrangements will be provided by the relevant Virtuoso advisor and/or travel supplier at the time of booking, and the Promoter is not responsible for those third-party terms.
The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
The winner will be notified within 10 working days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an email to BBCMusic@ourmedia.co.uk within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
By entering this promotion you agree to release Facebook or Instagram of any liability howsoever caused in respect of this promotion.
The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
