With the BBC Music Magazine Awards 2011 now open for voting, we'll be offering a weekly podcast exploring the nominations in each category.

In this second instalment, which you can listen to on this page, editor Oliver Condy is joined by reviews editor Daniel Jaffé and chair of the Awards jury Helen Wallace to chat about the discs in the chamber category.

This year's nominated recordings are of Violin Sonatas by Janáček, Grieg and Franck, Schubert's works for violin and piano, and music by Danish composer Poul Ruders.

To let us know which disc you think should win a coveted Award this April, cast your vote now!
